Wimbledon champion Elena Rybakina made it to the 1/4 finals of the US tournament for the first time

The first racket of Kazakhstan, tennis player Elena Rybakina in the third round match of the 1000-Western & Southern Open tournament in Cincinnati (Ohio, USA) defeated American Alison Riske 6:2, 6:4.

The game went on for almost an hour and a half. For reaching the semi-final stage of the tournament, Rybakina will play with the winner of the confrontation between the first racket of the world, Iga Swiatek (Poland) and Madison Keys (USA).

Earlier, Elena Rybakina became the winner of the Wimbledon tennis tournament, one of the five Grand Slam tournaments.
