Island of Harmony

Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa, based on a private island, is not just a beach and sea paradise, but also an inexhaustible source of the most unusual entertainment.

Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa is situated on the private island of Furanafushi, in just a 15-minutes speedboat ride from Velana Airport. One of the oldest resorts in the Maldives was one of the first in the country to organize personal transfers for its guests. And in general, Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa has significantly raised the bar for the level of service in the region.

During the coronavirus pandemic, the five-star resort has been seriously updated: now it consists of 176 rooms, inscribed in the landscape of a tropical paradise with its clean beaches. In addition to seven restaurants and bars with all-around-the-world cuisine, our guests can enjoy the Shine Spa for Sheraton (on a separate island!): three tropical freshwater outdoor pools and a water sports center.

What is there to do at Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa besides taking in breathtaking views? The Resort responds itself!

Meal on the water

Everyone can go on an unusual gastronomic journey on a floating platform drifting through the quiet lagoon of the island. Innovative French pontoon HamacLand with a size of 17 sq.m., equipped with a retractable sunbathing platform, a protective awning for relaxing in the shade, hammocks and chairs made of waterproof fabric, is a super alternative to ordinary breakfasts and lunches at an inshore restaurant. You have a choice of American, Continental or Maldivian-style breakfast.

Side-by-side family program

A special program is available for the whole family in the broadest sense—for children, mothers, fathers, grandparents. Selected program is tailored for each member of your family to comfortably get acquainted with the local culture and nature and leave vivid memories of this place.

Adopt a coral

Awareness and respect for nature is a trend, fortunately, undying. Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa is supporting this trend with the launch of the Adopt a Coral program as part of the global campaign Good Travel with Mariott Bonvoy (the corporation that Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa is a part of). The resort is partnered with Reefscapers, a marine biodiversity conservation organization that restores coral colonies threatened by climate change and human impact. Under the guidance of Reefscapers, Adopt Coral participants will transplant coral fragments into their natural habitat—coral reef ridges in the island's lagoons — this will help restore their population.

Wedding on your own island

Many people dream of a wedding on an island that will only belong to lovers. Someone dreams, and Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa fulfills! You can hold a lavish or a chamber wedding ceremony according to your desires and possibilities. Rental price of the whole island includes accommodation for up to 352 guests and access to Jalsaa space with outdoor and indoor areas, adjacent garden and outdoor pool.
